In our orchestra, the percussion section plays a central role. The marimba, for example, stands out with its full and mellow sound, which lays a sonorous foundation beneath the powerful sound of a symphonic wind orchestra.
Until now, we have had to borrow a marimba for our concerts. Through the crowdfunding campaign “Spendierbütt” by Aachener Bank, we now want to acquire our own instrument.
